Robert Carl Nuacoo Nunoo

Robert holds an MBA in strategic management and planning from the Wuhan University of Technology Hubei China. Prior to that, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Ghana. He is masterful in negotiations, lobbying, business communications, and planning. Robert is described as a team player, leader, innovator, and a problem solver. He is fluent in English and basic proficiency in Chinese.

Robert currently heads strategy and business development for NewMax Group as Partner in Charge, with oversight responsibility for major businesses under the group which include construction and Trade Equity. He is experienced in international trade consulting, specifically as it pertains to Eastern and Central Asia.

He started his early career at the Media Bloc Consulting Ltd as a systems analyst in the software department. He contributed immensely to creating software that had a lasting impact on the various industries.

In 2008, at age 19, he was selected among five other young Ghanaians to work for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development Secretariat (UNCTAD XII) in Accra, Ghana as an IT support staff member. In this role, he was instrumental in the development of a unique website used to manage conference bookings, hotel reservations, schedules, and queries. He was personally assigned 14 countries to manage that included Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and other South American countries.

Due to the exceptional skills he demonstrated during his MBA, he was selected to be the Business Development Manager for Trade Equity, Wuhan, China where he developed business development strategies, trade consulting methods, and was active in negotiations which was a major part of Trade Equity Wuhan China’s work.

He recognizes the importance of capacity building and training in building entrepreneurs for his generation and beyond. He is committed to making a difference in Africa and building a generation of thinkers who become the change makers of tomorrow. For that reason, he founded International Students Business Forum,(ISBF) Wuhan China and recently co-founder of Tomorrow breed Accra Ghana.
